Module 1: Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga – Here, we will explore the Eightfold Path. We also discuss its origins and significance and explain how it serves as an effective guide to meditation and spiritual growth.
Module 2: Universality, Distractors, Ethical & Moral guidelines– Pondering the universality of you and touching on the Kleshas our sources of distraction or sufferings. Limbs 1 and 2 Learn about the ethical and moral guidelines that are deemed as the foundation of all yogic thought.
